Giuseppe Rossi has formally signed for Genoa.

A statement on Genoa's official website confirms Rossi will be unveiled on Tuesday evening at the club museum.

The striker passed a stringent medical at Genoa last week.

Reports suggest the 30-year-old has penned a deal until the end of the season with the Grifone, who face fellow strugglers Verona on Monday.
