Gillingham have snapped up Bournemouth youngster Blair Cargill on-loan.
Cargill will hope to have secured vital game time after joining Gillingham on loan.
The defender, who spent time at Coventry City last term, will link up with the League One Gills until January.
England Under-20 international Cargill previously enjoyed temporary spells with Torquay United and Welling.
