Genk have confirmed Ianis Hagi's permanent move to Rangers.
The 21-year-old, son of Romania legend Gheorge, joined the Gers on loan in January.
A Genk statement read on their website: "We wish Ianis the best of luck in his future career."
Spurs and Manchester City had been interested in the talented winger.
