Fleetwood Town have signed Manchester City midfielder George Glendon for an undisclosed fee after spending the first half of the season on loan.

Glendon's loan spell was due to end this month but Town have made him a permanent member of their squad.

The 21-year-old has signed an 18-month contract with the League One Cod Army.
