DONE DEAL: Ex-Bayern Munich keeper Raeder pitches up at Bradford

League OneBradford City have landed former Bayern Munich keeper Lukas Raeder on a permanent deal until the start of January.

He arrives on a free transfer following his release from Vitoria Setubal this summer.

"We knew he had impressed while on trial with a couple of Premier League clubs over the summer," said Bantams head of recruitment Greg Abbott.

"Every goalkeeper coach we talked to about Lukas spoke very highly of him.

"Rather than go down the loan route as a short-term option, Lukas will come to us until January with the chance for him to stake a claim for a longer stay at the club."
