Everton have completed the signing of Robin Olsen on loan from AS Roma for the season.

The Toffees were in the hunt for a backup shot stopper, and have secured their man in Olsen.

The 30-year-old has been with Roma since 2018, but has found game time difficult.

He lost his place to Pau Lopez, and is now hoping he can compete for the no.1 shirt at Everton.

Toffees keeper Jordan Pickford has come in for some criticism in recent months, and may have to up his game if he is to keep Olsen out of the team.
