Ipswich Town have completed the signing of Kyle Edwards.
The 23-year-old spent the past ten days on trial with Bournemouth.
He even played 45 minutes in the club's preseason friendly against Chelsea.
However, Edwards has opted for a move to Ipswich Town instead.
He has signed a three-year contract with the League One outfit, where he expects to get more playing time.
Edwards told the Ipswich website: "I'm really excited to be here.
"I'm at a point in my career where I need to be playing consistently. I want to show people what I can do and I think this is a great place for that.
"I can feel the buzz around the club and the aims for the season. The project here really drew me in and I want to be a part of it."
Ipswich CEO Mark Ashton added: "Kyle is a player that we have pursued all summer and we have beaten a number of Championship clubs to his signature."
