According to Sky Sports, Crystal Palace have signed Ajax defender Jairo Reidewald.

The report claims that the fee paid by Palace is £8m.

Reidewald, who can play centre-back, left-back and in the midfield, becomes the Eagles second signing of the summer after Ruben Loftus-Cheek joined on loan.

The 20-year old will once again get an opportunity to work under Frank de Boer, who managed himat the Amsterdam club.

The Dutchman has also been capped by his country three times.
