Nigerian international Mikel John Obi has completed a move to Chinese football by joining Tianjin TEDA.
Mikel has been a great servant to Chelsea since joining the club over a decade ago but the midfielder was completely frozen out by current manager Antonio Conte this season.
As a result, Mikel has decided to end his long association with the Blues and it can be confirmed that the 29-year-old has completed a move to Chinese Super League outfit Tianjin TEDA, with the midfielder believed to have signed a whopping £140,000-a-week deal with the Asian club.
The 29-year-old Nigeria captain has now made the shift to the Far East with images on social media revealing he has agreed to join Tianjin.
