Chelsea have confirmed Nathan has joined Portuguese club Belenenses on loan until the end of the season.

The Brazilian forward spent the first half of the season at Ligue 1 club Amiens, but he struggled to find game time, making just three first-team appearances.

Having spent last season with Vitesse, the 21-year-old will now join his third loan club since arriving at Stamford Bridge from Atletico Paranaense in 2015.

He has yet to feature for Chelsea's first team.
