Cadiz have snapped up Elche striker Lucas Perez.

Elche had been keen to find a taker for Lucas and Cadiz stepped in yesterday.

Cadiz coughed up €1m to sign Lucas, who also receives €200,000 for money owed by Elche.

The move will see Lucas reunited with new Cadiz coach Sergio Gonzalez, with the pair having worked together at Deportivo La Coruna.

This season, the striker has scored twice in 18 games for Elche.
