Burnley's teenage striker Michael Fowler is joining Radcliffe FC on loan following a successful spell with Padiham.
The Clarets' youth-teamer has been re-called from his work experience spell at the Arbories to join Radcliffe in a similar capacity for an initial month.
The switch will mean a move up a level for Fowler, who has been a regular goalscorer in his short stint with Padiham in the North West Counties League Premier Division.
The 17-year-old, a second-year scholar at Turf Moor, will now get the chance to test himself in the Evo Stik League West Division at Radcliffe – managed by ex-Preston and Manchester City striker Jon Macken and currently fourth in the table – in a deal which starts ahead of Boro's game at Droylsden next Tuesday night.
