Burnley defender Richard Nartey has completed a loan move to Mansfield Town as he looks to further his first-team experience.
Nartey will spend the remainder of the season with the League Two side where he will again link up with manager Nigel Clough.
Clough was in charge at Burton Albion when Nartey played 25 games on loan from Chelsea for the League One Brewers in 2019/20.
The central defender then completed a permanent to Burnley in November, 2020 after ending a 10-year association with Chelsea.
And after impressing for the Clarets' U23s last season – as well as making it as far as the bench at first-team level – the 22-year-old earned a new 12-month deal, with the option of a further year, at Turf Moor this summer.
