Brighton have accepted a bid from Tottenham for Yves Bissouma.
The Daily Mail says Spurs and Brighton have agreed a £25m fee for Bissouma.
Bissouma has a year to run on his Seagulls deal and is expected to travel to London for a medical at Spurs Lodge this week.
The midfielder will become Tottenham's third summer signing after Bosman deals for Ivan Perisic (Inter Milan) and Fraser Forster (Southampton).
Agreeing personal terms with Bissouma is not expected to be a problem. The Mali international joined Brighton for around £13m from Lille in 2018.
