Bournemouth are loaning Tyrone Mings to Aston Villa for the rest of the season.
Mings sees the loan as the first step towards a permanent exit.
There is no option to buy in his loan, but Villa will have a match clause, which means they can match any bid a club makes for the player to buy him.
Mings has been restricted to seven appearances for the club this season.
The 25-year-old defender is seen as surplus to requirements at the club.
His last start for the club came in the 3-1 defeat to Manchester City in the Premier League earlier this month.
