Barcelona are eyeing Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.

Regarded among the brightest young midfield talents in Europe, Tonali has been linked with the game's biggest clubs this season.

Corriere della Sera says Barca have joined the crowded field and already are in talks with Brescia about a stunning deal.

Indeed, it's suggested Barca tabled an offer in January of €60m cash plus two youth teamers to Brescia in exchange for the Italy international.

Last month, Brescia president Massimo Cellino declared he had received "a very important offer" without saying anything to the footballer, to give him "a big surprise in June".

Cellino's words suggest he is prepared to accept the bid on the table - with Corriere della Sera claiming the identity of the club in question is Barcelona.
