Artur Boruc has left Bournemouth to return home to Poland.

Boruc, 40, moves home to Legia Warsaw on a one-year deal.

Polish champions Legia Warsaw have announced the agreement.

Boruc played the last five seasons at Bournemouth, but did not extend his contract this summer.

Earlier in his career he played for Legia, where he turned out for 77 matches, and then played for Celtic, Fiorentina, Southampton and Bournemouth.
