Arsenal are wrapping up the permanent signing of Flamengo defender Pablo Mari.

Coluna Do Fla says Arsenal have exercised the option to sign crocked defender Pablo Mari in a deal worth up to £14million.

Mari joined the Gunners on loan from Flamengo in January but has made just three appearances so far.

He started Wednesday's defeat to Manchester City but limped off inside half an hour and looks set to miss the remainder of the campaign.

But Arsenal fans are set to get another glimpse of the 26-year-old after the club committed to a permanent deal.
