Arsenal have finalised the signing of Shkodran Mustafi.
The German defender has joined the Gunners from Valencia for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £35million.
Mustafi becomes Arsenal's second signing of Tuesday following the capture of Spanish striker Lucas Perez from Deportivo La Coruña.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was delighted to have signed the centre-back who will bring a great deal of experience for a player of just 24 years.
“He is at the right age. He has good experience," he told arsenal.com.
“He is a very focused player who can play with the ball as well. We have taken a great player but have prepared well for the future."
Finally it's time to announce I've signed for @Arsenal! Can't wait to play for this great club! #GunnerShkodranpic.twitter.com/y5fexV6Edl
