AC Milan and Chelsea have agreed terms for Fikayo Tomori.
After a successful six-month loan with Milan, Tomori has seen his permanent clause triggered by the Rossonero.
Calciomercato.com says an official announcement is expected by Friday.
Milan had already paid €1m for the player's loan, so they'll add €27m to make Tomori's loan move permanent.
The Rossoneri have already signed Mike Maignan from Lille on a permanent €13m deal.
