Tottenham have signed AZ Alkmaar striker Vincent Janssen.

The Daily Mail says Spurs have completed the £18.5million signing of Janssen.

The 22-year-old passed his medical on Monday night and should be confirmed as a Spurs player today.

The White Hart Lane club will pay an initial £16.8million for the Holland international. Tottenham will be required to fork out a further £1.7million should Janssen meet certain targets.

Janssen is expected to complete the formalities of the deal today and is expected to put pen to paper on a four year deal, with an option for a further 12 months.
