Palmeiras have signed outright Gustavo Gomez from AC Milan.

Palmeiras have chosen to trigger the permanent option for Gomez, who was previously on loan at the club from AC Milan.

The Rossoneri raked in €1.5m just from the loan and now they will get an additional €4.5m from the Brazilian club.

In total €6m will be generated from Gomez's departure.

The money raised is expected to go towards their summer transfer kitty.
