Stephen Dobbie is key to Blackpool completing a double raid on Swansea City.
The People says Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is involved in a stand-off with Swansea over Angel Rangel and Dobbie.
The Seasiders want right-back Angel and attacker Dobbie - who was on loan at Bloomfield Road last season - in a double deal.
The Swans will sell Spaniard Rangel for around £750,000, but Holloway insists Dobbie - valued at £250,000 - makes up part of a package.
But Swansea don't want to lose the Scottish striker and the whole deal hangs in the balance.
