Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is facing more frustration in the transfer market.
Stephen Dobbie has snubbed Premier LeagueBlackpool to sign a new deal with Swansea.
The Scottish striker, 27, was a loan star for the Tangerines last season and boss Ian Holloway was planning a third bid to sign him this week. But Dobbie, whose new deal runs until 2013, said: "I have fond memories of Blackpool, a lot of friends up there and a lot of respect for the manager.
"But it's important that I am playing and I'm enjoying life at Swansea."
