Despite claims from Cristiano Ronaldo, former Manchester United teammate Eric Djemba-Djemba says the Real Madrid signing talked more about Barcelona than his new club.

Ronaldo says his move to Real is a boyhood dream come true, but Djemba-Djemba says: "My experience was two-fold - great satisfaction to play at this big club but disappointment at so few opportunities.

"Cristiano was more a fan of Barcelona then than Real. But now he is in Madrid, he will win many titles."

Now 28, Djemba-Djemba plays for Odense in Denmark.
