Dinamo lifted the Manchester United Premier Cup with a 2-1 victory against AC Milan in the world final at Old Trafford.
The winner was scored in extra-time as the Croatian youngsters, who netted 17 goals in seven matches in outfield play, were crowned champions ahead of Rio Ferdinand's Testimonial.
Javier Hernandez handed out the medals after the Zagreb players celebrated wildly on the pitch, clearly enjoying a night to remember at the Theatre of Dreams.
