Tottenham Hotspur star Eric Dier has heaped praise on young gun Marcus Rashford.
The 18-year-old striker turned heads with his performances for Manchester United in the second half of the 2015/16 season, culminating in his inclusion in Roy Hodgson's provisional 26-man England squad for Euro2016.
Rashford is being tipped to make the final 23 as a wildcard selection for the UEFA tournament in France and his rise to the top has been welcomed by Three Lions colleague Dier who is confident the teenager will not be fazed by the pressure.
"It's a bit of a fairytale isn't it? It is brilliant for English football and for him, and I'm really happy for him that he is here with us," said Dier.
"Hopefully we can look after him, there won't be too much pressure on him and he can do what he has been doing for his club here with us."
