Diego Godin has paid tribute to Atletico Madrid fans.
The defender will leave at the end of the season and addressed the home support after their 1-1 draw with Sevilla on Sunday.
"Thanks everyone for giving me this day that I'll never forget," Godin said as he addressed the crowd with a microphone.
"Thanks to this group of players, the coaches, the physios and those that I shared every day with.
"We've been through some amazing things, others not so amazing.
"Always united, we've been a true family.
"That's the success of this club, being a family in the dressing room and on the pitch.
"Thanks to everyone, to my parents, to Sofi.
"The values that they gave me were manners, work and respect, which is the most important.
"And finally, this is a tribute to the fans.
"I came from very far away and they've made me feel at home from the first day.
"They've made me love this badge.
"Today Godin the footballer is going, but you've gained one more supporter."
