Stoke City midfielder Salif Diao will make a decision this weekend over whether to accepts the Potters offer of a new contract or move on. The Senegal international is currently thinking about approaches from across Europe.

He said in The Sentinel: "I have spoken to two or three clubs, and have told them I am back next week and will meet them and talk properly.

"I would like to stay in England, but have options in France and Italy. I am not going to rush anything, so will see how things go."
