Newcastle United midfielder Mo Diame is adamant they'll beat the drop this season.
United take on Huddersfield and Burnley in a St James' Park double header that will go a long way to defining Newcastle's survival fight. And Diame thinks “belief" is going to be key.
“(The belief) is important. Two weeks ago we showed that we can beat any team. It's going to be the same. We have to fight together. We need this attitude and team spirit we had last season and this season also. It's there, we know, and I'm pretty sure we will do it," he told the Evening Chronicle.
“The team has been working well in the last three games. We need to keep going. The attitude was good. We try to not concede any more in the last minute."
