Former Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale is backing Alex Meret over his move to Napoli.
The goalkeeper is set to leave Udinese for the Azzurri.
“I saw him grow in all aspects, both technically and in terms of character," Di Natale told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“Napoli have secured a goalkeeper for the next 10 years. For me, he's the new Buffon."
Meret is expected to cost Napoli €35m.
