Vicenza coach Domenico Di Carlo is full of praise for Stefano Pioli over his work with AC Milan.
Pioli guided Milan to victory over champions-elect Juventus this week.
Di Carlo told TMW: "Playing every three days in the heat after a three-month stop is a problem for everyone: the strength is in the group, if it is close together there will be fewer problems.
"But from every game we must now expect a surprise, and the example is Lecce-Lazio: if you hit the right game you can beat everyone, it has been seen also with Milan against Juventus.
"By the way, I want to congratulate Pioli who deserves to be able to open a cycle, and I hope he can be reconfirmed. He and (Rino) Gattuso show that we have good coaches in Italy."
