Didier Deschamps will stay in his role as France national team manager.
Despite Les Bleus' disappointment in the Euro2016 final on Sunday night, the 47-year-old will remain in the role he has held since 2012 as he prepares for the upcoming 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
Deschamps is contracted with the French Football Federation until after the World Cup in Russia and has revealed that he will continue on as planned.
"It is lined up like that," he said. "I am not going to think about myself.
"I will need time to digest everything, the players are going to start again at their clubs.
"I am going to analyse things with my staff and we will start again on what is waiting for us in two years."
