QPR veteran Shaun Derry has told teammate Christopher Samba to get off Twitter.

Samba has rowed with his followers this week over his wages.

"I always feel that directly after a game, when you have lost, you are at your most fragile," Derry told talkSPORT. "The emotions are still high, you are running so high on adrenalin and you get caught up in so many different thought patterns.

"I'm not a big believer in Twitter. The stick you get from the footballing world is unbelievable."
