QPR midfielder Shaun Derry is looking forward to preseason training.
Derry believes another pre-season trip to Cornwall will serve Rangers well ahead of our return to the Barclays Premier League.
Derry was part of the QPR squad who made the same trip to the West Country last season and the R's fans favourite told qpr.co.uk: "It will act as perfect preparation for the new season.
"You know what you're getting this year.
"Going down to Cornwall last season was very new for the boys because when you're looking at other far-reaching destinations throughout the world it is, with the greatest respect, not the highest place on everyone's agenda.
"But we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves down there.
"It got us together as a unit and gave us a fantastic base for the remarkable season that we had.
"If it can work in a similar fashion this year then it will be well worth it."
