Derksen slams Real Madrid pair Hazard, Courtois for Man City defeat: He talks a lot...

Former Dutch star Johan Derksen slammed Real Madrid's Belgian pair Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois after defeat to Manchester City.

City won 2-1 last night to reach the Champions League quarterfinals 4-2 on aggregate.

Derksen says Hazard was found out on the night: "I actually thought the worst was Hazard.

"The big games are decided by the big boys anyway. Hazard always talks a lot, he thinks he is a hell of a star, but we didn't see him at all tonight. Actually not the whole season.

"He stood out there for too long, because I would have already thrown him out before half-time, because that boy didn't add anything."

Derksen also blasted fellow former Chelsea player Courtois.

He added on SB6: "You have this problem: if you are going to play around in defence, and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is going to participate, then you can wait for misery..."

"Add these kinds of mistakes by (Raphael) Varane to that, and you lose a match."
