Derby County are set to win the race for Mansfield Town defender Tom Naylor.
The 20-year-old has been watched by QPR, Leeds United, Hull City and Charlton Athletic. He had a training stint with Fulham earlier this season.
Derby manager Nigel Clough wants to sign him on loan with a view to a permanent deal in January.
