Derby County chairman Adam Pearson admits those players leaving the club in the summer will be in the double figures.
"We have made Paul Connolly our first announcement this week and there are plenty more behind that.
"Players will be leaving over the coming weeks but it is difficult to get players out because, normally, the better deal a player can get is by leaving it as long as possible and by leaving his options open.
"That is frustrating for clubs because they want to get on and do business but agents have the upper hand and they can prolong the deal for us as long as possible.
"Having said that, we are very confident that movement in and out will be happening very quickly at this club."
