Derby County boss Wayne Rooney insists he's not touting himself for the Newcastle United job.
The Manchester United great is said to have offered himself to Newcastle's new owners as a replacement for Steve Bruce, who left the job yesterday.
However, Rooney said: "I saw it this morning.
"From my point of view, I cannot stop speculation, I understand that, but I have not had any contact at all with Newcastle United.
"And as I said before, I'm obviously dedicated to this football club."
