Derby County boss Frank Lampard is yet to make a move for Chelsea midfielder Kasey Palmer.
The Mirror says Chelsea want to loan out Palmer again but new Derby boss Lampard hasn't yet decided whether to ask the midfield back.
Palmer, 21, joined Championship County on loan in January from Stamford Bridge.
He made 16 appearances, including two goals, but only two were starts under Gary Rowett.
Now Palmer is due to be loaned out again but successor Lampard is still considering his options after taking charge of training for the first time last week.
It could open the door for other interested teams including Norwich after Palmer impressed two seasons ago helping Huddersfield to promotion.
