Derby boss Lampard determined to land Chelsea pair Mount, DaSilva

Derby County boss Frank Lampard is determined to land Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount.

The Mirror says Lampard is set to take Chelsea rising star Mount to Derby on a season-long loan, writes Darren Lewis.

The highly-rated 19-year-old, an England international for his age group, has been sought by a number of clubs after an impressive loan spell with Dutch club Vitesse last season. Both Mount and Chelsea believe he will thrive under Lampard's guidance at Pride Park.

The Chelsea legend and ex-England midfielder is also keen on Blues' left-back Jay DaSilva and Liverpool's Welsh international forward Harry Wilson.

Mount was named Golden Player of the Tournament at the European U-19 Championship last year, when England beat Portugal in the final. At Vitesse he scored 14 times and provided nine assists in 32 appearances to win their player of the year award.
