Derby County boss Frank Lampard says being linked with Maurizio Sarri's job at Chelsea is no surprise.
The former midfield maestro has been tipped as a potential replacement for under-fire Sarri with pressure mounting on the struggling Italian.
"Nothing surprises me in football," Lampard said "There will be links all over the place. It doesn't surprise me.
"I just have to focus on the job in hand here. I'm certainly not thinking about it, talking about it.
"It is what it is. I'm Derby manager, and we're working hard every game here. I certainly am."
"My focus was absolutely on Millwall and will remain the same for Nottingham Forest."
