Derby County boss Paul Jewell has ruled out moving for West Brom striker Kevin Phillips.

"I've heard all the reports but we've not spoken to Kevin Phillips," said Jewell.

"I don't know where that's all coming from. Of course, that's not to say we're not interested - I'm not saying that. We just haven't spoken to him."
