Derby County boss Frank Lampard feels Mason Mount still has another level to reach.
The on-loan Chelsea midfielder Mount scored a hat-trick in Saturday's 4-0 win over Bolton that puts Derby right back on the brink of the play-offs shake-up.
Lampard said: “This level is another challenge for Mason. I think he has got that, and it will grow as he improves and develops.
"Days like Saturday will show him that if he arrives in the box consistently with the quality he has got, goals will come.
“All I am trying to unlock is that extra hunger to really score goals, to really get in the box and take opportunities."
He added: “To become the player he wants to become, he has to take the rough with the smooth and learn from the difficult games he has had this season.
"I certainly believe he has improved, but I also believe there is lots more to come from him."
