Derby County boss Billy Davies has denied reports of a rift with chairman Peter Gadsby or chief executive Trevor Birch.
"As far as I am concerned, I have had no bust-up with Peter or Trevor."
On reports linking him with Leicester City, Davies also said: "I don't know anything about that.
"I received a phone call from somebody at Derby telling me there was a story in one of the papers.
"As far as I am concerned, I have got a job to do at Derby and I want to continue doing that job.
"Speculation comes with the territory. Last season, we were sitting top of the league and there was the same speculation, same stuff going on.
"This time we are at the bottom of the Premier League and it's going on again. I will focus on the games, training and preparing the team."
