Departing Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon has declared he will play on next season.
The 43 year-old is in talks about returning to relegated Parma.
"The decision to quit was prevailing," he said,. “But now I'm sure that I will continue, because I feel strong and I don't party alone.
“The esteem of my teammates made me understand that I'm someone who does it right and that I have to continue.
“I have many proposals on the table. There are teams in the Champions League that have offered me a leading role, others that aspire to win it but want me as a back-up, and I only played that role for Juve.
“Then there would be the return to my origins, which leverages feelings and gives me the motivation I need to do well.
“I'm putting everything on the table, in three to four days I decide, I have to figure out which is the best thing to be a protagonist."
