Denis Zakaria has suffered a thigh injury with Juventus.

The January signing was forced off the pitch during the Bianconeri's 3-2 win over Empoli on Saturday.

Scans have confirmed a thigh strain for the former Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder.

Juve expect Zakaria to be missing for 20 days.

The 25-year-old moved to Turin in a €4.5m deal from Borussia Monchengladbach in the January transfer window. He scored his first goal on his debut against Hellas Verona earlier in February.
