Denis Suarez managed a late debut for Arsenal in defeat at Manchester City on Sunday.

On-loan from Barcelona, Suarez entered the fray twenty minutes before the end, and was placed on the right wing as Alex Iwobi made way.

Gunners boss Unai Emery has previously admitted he liked to play Suarez on the right for Sevilla, and looks set recreate what he had in Spain with the Barcelona man.

City were comfortable 3-1 winners with Sergio Aguero hitting a hat-trick.

Suarez's debut was made against his former club, having spent time in City's academy.
