Kerem Demirbay, a target for Premier League clubs Arsenal and Liverpool, has committed his immediate future to Hoffenheim.
The German youngster has signed a new deal, which will see him stay with the club until the end of the 2021-2022 season.
Demirbay joined Hoffenheim from Hamburg two seasons ago, and he has impressed ever since, even winning a place in the German national team.
The club's director of football Alexander Rosen said the following to their official website:
"[The extension is] a strong signal, both internally and externally, and underpins that we are resolutely pursuing our ambitious and successful path from recent years".
