Tottenham star Dele Alli has revealed the team talk from Jose Mourinho that inspired his side to a comeback against Olympiacos.
Spurs were 0-2 down in the Champions League game at home, with a defeat sending them out of the group stages.
But they rallied to grab a 4-2 win, giving themselves a lifeline.
Alli spoke about what Mourinho said to the squad during the interval.
"Basically, [Mourinho] told us at half-time we couldn't get any worse," Alli revealed to reporters.
"We knew that already. And [he said] that we had to go out in the second half with freedom, be calmer on the ball, play the way we know we can and we did that.
"We knew what we had to do. In the end, it was a great positive result. I think it was down to character and belief, the quality we have in the squad. Personally, I felt like I was at fault for their second goal and I wanted to help the team.
"To get the goal just before half-time gave us the momentum going into the second half. I think we showed our quality in the second half."
